Does this PSU fully power my system?

Not sure if it will power my system fully, because I have read somewhere that some PSU do not give the correct power that they are label with. Is this right?

More than enough. That seasonic PSU is one of the best in the 600-650 watts range. It will be able to power your system just fine.
