Start by comparing features at newegg, for example.
Edit: never mind, they're almost the same. The Gigabyte has a new audio chip but it's still a Realtek, and it has e-SATA. Nothing major.
I'd pick the Asus because it's cheaper and has better reviews.

I have the ud3h, pretty solid.
But it has a static voltage regulator, so if u want to oc, it cant take advantage of the power saving options of haswell
