I have an Asus Sabertooth FX990 mother board and I want to set let's say my rear output as a second line out.
I want this so I can have my headphones and speaker plugged in at all times. So when I need to use the headphones I just flip the switch on the speakers to turn them off and I don't have to plug anything in or out.
I used to use a splitter for this on my old PC, but this new PC doesn't like it for some reason.
If I just plug in my headphones in the rear out the sound is all funny and weird. I've not been able to change this on my own. If software can't do it, I'm sure some driver tweaks might be able to?
