I built my PC about a moth ago and then I didn't had enough money to purchase a new copy of Windows for my build. So I decided to go with my old Winds 7 full copy. However now I would like to install Windows 8 or 8.1. So can I just go and get Windows 8 OEM copy and install it on a computer that has Windows 7 on it?
Also when I order OEM Windows versions, I heard you have to get a computer or get the parts before you can purchase an OEM version. So is this just a rumor or is it true?
