This is my situation:
I have 2 ISP accounts.
Account 1 is a fast line, but only has 10GBs as a cap.
Account 2 is a slow line, and is uncapped (too slow to game on)

My modem connects to the slow line as a default and if I want to to play on-line games I go to the Dial-up/VPN settings in windows 7 and connect to the fast line. Then all my pc's internet connections go though that fast line.

However, if I want to play games and live steam a video, I have a problem. I want to live steam the video on the slow limitless account and game on the fast limited account.
Because if I use the fast account for live steaming and gaming, Ill hit its cap very quickly.

I'm looking for a way to run one application, eg the game, on a different internet connection(account) to the rest of my applications.

Solution
I don't believe it is possible to run two connections at once, as far as I know you can only use a single line at a time so you would need to switch providers or lines to a single line which in the best case scenario this would be unlimited and fast but these are often expensive so a high limit and decent speed is all you should need so I recommend looking around to see reviews of particular providers. I hope this helps you :)
