i have intel q9400 with amd r7 260x
1680x1050 monitor
ultra settings v-sync on
i was getting with frpas before amd 14.1 update 30- 35 fps
after that update i get 15-22 fps with fraps
but no lag at all and the game is smooth
is that problem with fraps??
