600 Watt Power Supply

Hey guys, I'm in need of a 600 watt power supply, and I've come across a few different options. A Dell that is put in Dell Dimensions, a Thermaltake TR2, Corsair or Cooler Master (Very expensive). I want this thing to be safe, yet not break the wallet. Thanks!
