Can Asus hd 7770 1gb gddr5 graphic card run well on a 350W PSU ?

This is the graphic card im interested in buying :

I dont realy know somthing about PSU's so ill just copy what is writen in the sticker on my PSU ...

AC INPUT: 115/230V 8/5A 60/50Hz
DC OUTPUT: +5V +3.3V +12V1 +12V2 -12V +5VSB
MAX Current: 12A 20A 20A 0.3A 2A
MIN Current: 0.3A 0.5A 1A 1A 0A 0A
TOTAL OUTPUT POWER : 350W
PEAK OUTPUT POER: 430W

So the qwestion is will it work with this graphic card ?

Don't try it. AMD recommends at least 500W.
