My laptop keeps getting bsod's for some reason.

I've uploaded the dump files to my skydrive
https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=7AF56DBFE9BC4B3E!1577&authkey=!AHyzm1UIyvIGBtg&ithint=folder%2c

Everything points to a faulty ram but I've run a memtest for over 24 houres with about 17 passes (if I remember correctly) without a single error.

I've almost always had this problem with the laptop sinds I bought it about 3 years ago. I'm close to just giving up and buying a different one.
I also must say I used to get a lot more bsod's but they didn't happen so frequently after I installed Avast free because some sources where pointing in that direction.

Thank you for checking out my problem

just looked at 020414-31656-01.dmp
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff8000062f69d, ffffd0002315ed90, 0}
fileinfo.sys ( fileinfo!FIStreamLogForNL+65 )

do not see the cause of the problem: windows core files look ok in memory
only drivers that really are suspect are both intel drivers:
HECIx64.sys Thu Sep 17 12:54:16 2009
http://www.sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=HECIx64.sys (Intel driver)

igdkmd64.sys Mon Nov 26 16:26:05 2012
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&keyword=%22widi%22

try and update these two drivers. I will take a quick look at your other crash dumps.

Thank you for the reply.

I've installed the download for the second link but am unable to find a download for the first link, it keeps looping me back to the same thing.
