It shouldn't be your PSU, at least not low wattage. It could be that the PSU is going out by my estimate from the information that you have given us my educated guess of your wattage usage is around ≈300-350Watts.

Per exemple i am playing Planetside 2 and arma 3

Planetside 2 on ALL low setting i got like 10-30 FPS on large fight / (With GT530 20-40
Arma 3 ALL on low 1-10 / GT530 10-30

There is no logic for me.

So wath i guess is the PSU don't give enough power to the GPU so he can't be at 100% performance. Or maybe i need the reboot me window to default for me computer to take effect ?

Edit : small question i have a VGA connector monitor but if i take a DVI-D monitor did i will gain performance or it doesn't change anything ?

(Sorry for me english i am french)
