Disabled my onboard in safe mode but still black screen?

So you used onboard video before the new video card ? Did you uninstall the drivers for onboard also ? Have you tried the video in a different setup ? Video could be DOA. Has happened to me twice before. Can you boot the video card in safe mode perhaps ? Or perhaps you need to enable something else in the bios so it can see the video card. Please help us with a little more info. So we can help you.

Yea I was thinking that, I sent it back the the company and they said it was not faulty, currently waiting it to return. motherboard is 78LMT-S2P and it said Init run first PCI-E,Onboard and PEG it wasalready on PCI-E so I really don't know what to do.
