Hey guys, I know this one is tough. But my cousin asked me to build her a photo editing machine. Wont be used for gaming. I told her I couldn't or it wouldn't be worth it. $400 budget, and needs windows, so $300 usable budget. What are your build recommendations.

And that's $400 total, not after rebates, shipping would also need to be taken off this price. And no headroom. I offered to sell her my side build ill probably put on ebay as Ive never used it.

But she said no, she wants $400 tops. So that's what im dealing with. And no you cant have my build for $600.
