Reasons
Newer parts meaning they stay with new technology.
You have an ssd unlike you build choice.
The gpu that I chose has the coolest temps out of all other company gpu's.
Your case is fine but I look the source 210 elite more. If you want to get that case instead, thats fine.
Also for the psu, the promo is a really nice one and if you arent gonna buy before the 10th(thats when the promo ends) get this psu instead http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750bbefx

Solution
The components are compatible, but could be improved. You're using a CPU and motherboard chipset that are a generation old. You might as well get the i5-4670K and a Z87 chipset motherboard. GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-HD3.

You can get CAS 9 1866MHz RAM for the same price.

G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR

Whatever you do, don't get that PSU! The Thermaltake TR2 line is horrible. Get a quality unit from a company like Seasonic, Corsair, Antec, etc... This is a nice one for a good price. SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Yes, you will likely need to remove the side fan to fit the CPU cooler, but that's not a big deal. The case comes with 5 fans already installed, you don't really need the side fan.

Th reason why I would get my psu instead is beacuse if he sli, he cant with that psu that you recommended. I was gonna recommend it also but I thought about him possibly sli-ing So thats why I went with rm750. Also shortstuff, could you tell me if lower cas is better or higher. And would you get my build instead of the one he is going with.

Lower numbers are better when it comes to RAM CAS ratings.

The OP didn't mention SLI, but yes you would need at least a quality 750W PSU for SLI GTX 770s. In fact, I would probably bump up to the 800W - 850W range if SLI is a real possibility in the future. Many people just sell their current card and upgrade instead of going with a multi-card setup.

I'm not a huge fan of ASRock motherboards. I tend to prefer Asus and Gigabyte, but that's personal preference. A SSD is nice for overall system responsiveness, game load times, and boot times as long as the OP is aware that it won't help at all with FPS in games.
