yes it is, that is a good budget build, but why didn't you get the gtx 760 instead? The non-reference overclocked gtx 760 cards are better than gtx 660ti but it is still a good GPU.

Get this psu instead. The cx series from corsair including cx750m are really bad. I regret getting my cx750. Get this psu instead http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120pb0750kr Another thing like anewg said, get the 760 instead. Also for the case get the nzxt source 210 elite because the guardian doesnt have usb 3.0 headers.

I think he was asking about opinion. I still think it is a good budget system though the GTX 760 would have been a better choice. I don't know much about Crosair power supplies.
