Gaming build for 1300dollars or 85k inr

I want a gaming future proof build which can run games at 1080p + screen
It should be oc able
And I will buy it around march 15 2015

    There will be a lots of changes in prices and technology by then. My suggestion would be just keep researching web for what is better out there in market at your price range. In this year, Nvidia will be putting out new 800 series graphics card and where as Intel will be launching next gen processor Broadwell too by this year. There will be much prices drop by that time so just keep an eye on things for much improvement. :D
