okay I have a dell e521 the bois is full updated i got a 500w power supply and I was wonder if i could put an AMD Phenom X4 in it at the moment i have a amd athlon 6000+ at 3.) GHz its amd2 socket what do you recommend I also have 4GB of ram and a HD 7750
