Actually the D3P one is the better option since it has the use of XMP profiles for the RAM (Which will allow for better overclocking and and higher memory timings) also since the GPU is non important you really don't need the availability of crossfire support with the DS3 series.

Looking at the memory you are using the Kingston Hyper X is perfectly compatible with the D3P board and will support the XMP that I was referring to earlier.
