i doubt it. The b830 is an extremely old cpu and intergrated graphics won't do the trick. Dayz is an extremely cpu intensive game and u will definitely need an upgrade: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/unclema0/saved/ Keep your case and your optical drive and just add another 4gbs to your ram and get the rest of the parts on the list and you'll be gold.
