First time doing a RMA with Toshiba, have some questions

I requested a RMA for my hard drive. So exactly how does this work? Do I send them my hard drive and do they mail me my replacement? Or do they send me my replacement and I send them my hard drive whenever within a certain time frame? Also, apparently I have to print out two copies of my confirmation, but I exited out of the confirmation page and I don't know how to get back. Help would be greatly appreciated!

They will have you send in your hard drive first. They may have sent confirmation to your email account. You can also try looking through browser history. Press CTRL and h keys.
