My old routers wireless gave out so I purchased a new ASUS RT-n66u.
I use a powerline adapter sry for my main pc because if setup and did not have any issues before.

Since I replaced the router all wireless as well as the pc hooked to the router work fine, but the one pc on powerline cannot get a connection. I get local area connection doesn't have valid ip config when trying to repair, and have spent the last 2 hours trying to fix it and looking online for help.

I can access my routers up but it gives me a message saying:
Settings have been updated. Web page will refresh. Chsnged have been made to the up address or port number. You will be disconnected from rt n66u.
To access the settings (then how to get to router)

Help would be greatly appreciated.
