DayZ Standalone is a poorly optimised game and yes I know that. Please comment if you actually own the game!
I have an FX 6300 3.5ghz and I'm getting an R9 270 Direct CUII NON X!!! It's not 270X!!
Thank you!

Are you sure? Just making sure cause I have a 7790 2gb Direct CUII and it lags on Medium.

R9 270 is massively better than 7790. U can play bf4 in high-ultra using 270. What's ur monitors resolution

Yeah it will work properly in ultra. It gets about 30-50fps. But it would be much better with a 270x. Y dont u buy a 270x. Its much better

Well you see...I'm stupid and bought Corsair CX 430 so I only have one 6 pin connector.....and r9 270x requires 2....

I have the i5-4670k at 4.4ghz and a gtx 770. I run day-z with no problems, of course the bugs will sometimes lag, but everything plays fine.

Dayz is a CPU hungry game, so your CPU will run the game no problem. If you want more power, the fx 8320 or 8350 will do better. Or a i5 4670 or 4670k.

The 270 and 270x are similar in every way, but the clock speed is a small differences. You can overclock the 270 to the same speed and you'll be fine.
