I'm planning on playing on a dell 2240l 60 hz monitor

With i7 4770k and asus gtx 780ti

Will i experience tearing and stuttering?

How do i prevent it. Buying a 120hz monitor? But i'm on a tight budget nothing above 150 usd

Turn on V-sync if you want to prevent tearings. I suggest Adaptive V-sync.

It can be found in the Nvidia control panel.

Buying a 120 Hz monitor won't prevent tearings.

The only difference between 60 and 120 Hz is that 120 Hz looks much smoother in-game.

If you reach 120 Fps.
