Hey guys I live in Australia and am struggling to find a build that suits my needs for that budget.
(Things in australia are stupendously expensive).
Basically I'd love it if someone could make me a build that is capable of playing games on high-ultra high settings and multi tasking various programs at once including things like: Steam/Games, Internet, iTunes, Streaming movies, Skype, etc.

Can I actually get a excellent pc for that price that can handle almost anything I throw at it flawlessly?

You can definitely get a great PC. Because I'm in the UK I had to use a currency converter, but here goes:
http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/2NA2L
Again, the GPU is slightly overkill and you can take the SSD out if you want to save money, or invest in an Intel i5 3570k. It really depends on your needs and what you're going to use the computer for. If video editing then maybe add another 4/8gb of ram and if a gamer then take the ssd out (it only improves load times) and get the Intel processor.
