that motherboard is incompatible with your cpu. you're looking for an LGA1150 board (Z87).
consider a quality 600-650W PSU if it's significantly cheaper. a tier 2 from this list is recommended and should fit your budget: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
it's highly recommended you get a third party cooler if you're OCing the CPU, CM Hyper 212 EVO being a favourite.
consider getting an i5-4670K instead if you're over your budget. you may find yourself with a bit of money to get a better GPU like a 770, and seeing significant gains.

try looking around SLS for deals or stocks rather than their price lists. as i understand, not all shops are listed there, no?

woah , i am kinda lost. So any of the tier 2 power supply would be compatible? Yup , there is other shops in SLS but i want them to build it for me and i heard PCTHEME would be reliable. I don`t think i am ocing , but i wouldnt mind if there an option for it . You mind recommending me a build which the parts could be found in the PCTHEME shoplist? Thanks!

looks better. actually, aren't the R9 280x less than SG$500 there? i don't remember there being a Bitcoin/Litecoin boom there. if it costs significantly less than that 770, may as well get it and save you some $$$. performance-wise, it trades blows with the 770 with the price really making it worth it, until it skyrocketed due to high demands, at least in the US.

looks good :) but palit is a brand with which i m not familiar. What about other brands.

Palit's a so-so brand in asia. similar to Club3D, Powercolor, & Visiontek in the west, it may not be synonymous to "high-quality" like Asus, Gigabyte or MSI, but for the price, it simply works. not at all sure about customer service, but i guess it'd be this PCTHEME store's problem then.
