8gb ram is recommended at 1600mhz. For psu at least get a 500w modular. 600w is recommended

Get Corsair Vengeance (2x4)GB of RAM. Also a Corsair 600X should power your computer but if you're not overclocking then get a 450-500W supply.

Ram 8 gb of 1600 MHz
PSU seasonic is the best, 500 watt minimum

You may still run into trouble with vishera and the 970, just FYI

For crossfiring 2 hd7870 the minimum psu required is 600W. The psu should also have
a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating
of 39 Amps or greater and have at least four 6-
pin PCI Express supplementary power
connectors.
Total power wattage is not main. Total continuous ampere available on the +12v rails is the most imp factor

Buy the 700w one. Cooler master is good. Buying the 700w one will relieve pressure on the psu and allow u to overclock easily

if you like cooler master, would be
a Silent Pro M2 semi-modular PSU around 700W
