My i7 4770k frequency is stuck at 800 mhz and i cant uninstall AI Suite III!

Core Voltage 0.715v - 0.720V (jumps back and forth)
Core Speed 799.53 MHz
Buss Speed 99.91 MHz - 99.94 MHz

Seems like it tries to jump up but stops itself! CPU is new and was working fine for about 2 days and then just crapped out when i installed AI Suite III and it wont uninstall for some unknown reason!

GPU: GTX 660
PSU: 750 Watt ATX 80 Plus Bronze

You should probably start by resetting your BIOS settings to default and see if that changes your speed back to normal. As for the software, there are some program available that will uninstall the software for you; I believe Norton makes a good one, but I'm a hardware expert so you may want to ask that question in the software board.

If resetting your BIOS does not fix you processor speed you may want to return (RMA) the processor. If the new one fails to work right as well you probably have a bad motherboard and should return (RMA) that.
