all things being equal, you can save yourself the 140.00 and get the i3. the turbo boost would be nice but wouldn't make a big enough difference in the end. We are probably talking about 3-4 frames per second increases here.

Simon, he already said in his original post that the i3 has the same gpu.
both cpus are dual cores with hyperthreading. the i5 is probably clocked faster than the i3 so it should get better FPS in most games, however the difference probably won't be that much (10% depending on the clock speed differences.)

Edit: I'm not too sure but I don't think i3s have turbo (I know they don't on desktops), so the difference might be a bit more. if the i3 is 2.3 ghz than it would likely be around 10% or so difference in framerate.

The Difference b/w price of these laptops is 140$ so which one to buy.Is i5 will really get me some good fps?

the one with the i5 has 2gb more system ram which would be helpful in games. unless you're gonna bring the ram up in the i3 system, they are not equal. hard to say but the ram might be a problem. either way, it would be cheaper to get the i3 system and buy extra ram for it
