So I just recently built my computer really nooby on these kinds of things. I watch a video on how to put it together. Once that was done i pulled the DVI cord on both sides and these is a signal, but its just a blank screen black nothing else what do i do next???
First time building PC, i'm having a problem on what to do next.

first things first, make sure all daughter cards (or baby boards, eg memory, GPU, etc) are properly connected/attached. Could you please provide all the components model you have?
