FIGHT !

Rules are as follows:
1.) Should have better cable management option and airflow
2.) There should be a space for installing Corsair liquid cooling H110i (AND SHOULD HAVE SPACE FOR INSTALLING it's RADIATER TOO)
3.) Should support my Asus R9 280X DC 2 TOP
4.) and also, it should support a heat sink (for CPU of at least 140mm )

I have this mobo: Asrock z87 Extreme 4..

No clue, but its a much bigger radiator than the h100 or 100i, you should probably look into those. Also, with an h100 or h110, you wont have a heatsink on your cpu, so why is that a criteria of this dicussion ?

i am extremely sorry bro, i was little bit confused b/w those h110 and h100..
here it is :http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-h100i-cooler/p/itmdgss7qzuhmgug?pid=COLDGSSYHPQZBXZC&
now, this is the last question about those liquid cooling :p
will it (h100i) be able to fit into those 300r or haf 912 ? :D

According to specs, it should fit into the 912, as for the 300r, it would be a very close fit, and you would have to use slim fans on the radiator for it to maybe work. The 110 is a 280mm radiator(designed for 2 140mm fans) and the 100 is a 240(Designed for 2 120mm fans)

and are you sure that:
Asus r9 280x dc2 top
asrock z87 extreme 4
