PC Won't stay asleep

Been through the checklists on this one - disabled any armed mice / keyboards, disabled system restart from scheduled tasks, but my damn PC still turns on every morning! Can you advise?

You could shut it down or use hibernate.

Well aware of this, thanks. Sleep is really useful for me right now as boot time is pretty slow on this machine.

Under devices go to ethernet controller/ properties. Uncheck the box that says "allow this device to wake computer.'' Let me know if that works.

Thanks ... all unchecked in there. "POWERCFG /DEVICEQUERY wake_armed" says nothing armed.
