New PSU, CPU Fan & Case (Budget)

Hi, In need some help looking for the above items for as cheap as possible but with some level of quality. All that i ask is that the PSU has a PCI-E connector or something that i can put an adapter on to connect it.

What system do you have? I could send you a good price / budget / PSU then :) 

* As a power supply, make sure you are chosing between Seasonic* and XFX*, also corsair is not bad :)

Budget is £60/$100 i'm running a standard system motherboard is a LGA1156 Socket, i5 processor, motherboard is a H57D02 Motherboard. i don't want a stock fan because they're too noisy. i need a PSU that'd take a low budget GPU for future.
