Building a new system between now and April, anything (known) new coming that I should hold off for?

I'm building the PC Linked here http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2NCOL summarized below

Intel Core i7-4770K
Noctua NH-U14S
Asus Z87-PLUS
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866
Corsair 60GB SSD
2x Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM
2x Sapphire Tri-x R9 290
BitFenix Ghost
5x BitFenix Spectre
XFX ProSeries 850W 80+ Gold
DVD-RW

TLDR Questions Version

1. Will the vengeance pro ram clear the Noctua NH-U14S on a Asus Z87-Plus or do I need to rethink that?
2. Is there anything we know of coming out between now and May the 1st that would massively drop the price of anything on the list (new processors above my price range but not at it for example)
3. Is there anything we know of coming out between now and May the 1st that would change anything on the list for the same price (new processor at the same price point as a 4770k for example)

Full Version

I basically had to get a refund on a pre-build system recently because it was put together by a drunk intern it seems. So I watched a video from Asus ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUzdNcZeM-s ) on how to build a PC as I hadn't done it for years and nothing had really changed much so i decided to use my refund and to save a bit of money doing it myself.

Usage

I game at 5760x1080 (Eyefinity) when I'm not recording anything and the game allows it,
I game whilst recording (FRAPS) and Simultaneously Live Stream to Twitch TV (using Xsplit Free version and DXTORY) at 1920x1080
I render videos from my gaming to my youtube channel (Adobe Premiere Pro) using h.264
I'm planning to run battlefield 4 and whatever computer taxing game that comes next, as a Youtuber I'm always trying to stay infront of what I can run maxed out whilst recording and live steaming at 1080p up until I feel the price is unreasonable for the gain (which isn't a very helpful budget number I know sorry!)

I know some people use a second PC to live stream offloading resources and get a second PC with more ram in to render video and have their gaming PC with no more than 8gb of ram, but i basically can't afford to do that so I want to do it all from the same computer still.

Is there anything new that we know about that is going to shift the parts market drastically between now and May? even if it's just new things that are going to change price of the parts of listed by a lot, as you can see on the parts picker website link most of the parts that i've chosen are holding steady mostly but I really didn't want to buy if something really market changing is coming really soon but at the same time I didn't want to wait too long as I do need a PC to use.

About The Choices

I picked the Asus Z87-Plus because it seemed like the software overclocking in Asus Suite 3 is tailored to my skill in OC'ing, Click one button and pray I got lucky with my 4770k. Also seems like the Asus Z87-PRO with a few cost cutting measures, didn't need Wifi anyway.
I chose a small SSD because I've used a PC with a dedicated SSD for the OS but also a system with Intel Rapid Storage on a 2TB drive with a 60GB SSD Cache and I personally can't tell the difference without measuring the time and I habitually use the same programs over and over anyway so the smart sensing works for me.

Replaced PC

Intel i7 3770k
Asus P8Z77-V
16 GB 1600mhz
2x 2TB Seagate Barracuda
60GB SSD
2x VTX3D AMD Radeon HD 7970
Silverstone Raven V2
Corsair TX 850 V2
DVD-RW

So as you can see i'm coming from a very similar setup so i'm actually glad the company i brought this from fecked up so bad as i've ended up with a free upgrade at their shipping expense and at the expense of my time.

Also thanks in advanced for replies and reading this far.

Two of the biggest products are the GTX 790 and Titan Black Edition graphics cards that will be released soon-ish. As of now, all there is are unconfirmed specs, but they are on the way, and it should lower prices on cards like the 770. AMD probably won't lower the R9 prices, unless they are getting ready to release new cards too.

Here are the specs for the 790
Other 790 info
Here is some info on the Titan Black Edition
More Titan info

If you read the 790's specs, they are both listing a different amount of VRAM. Like I said before, there are no confirmed specs as of writing this.

As for your build, it looks great.

I really like the sound of large amounts of GFX card ram for Eyefinity/Surround but I always end up leaning AMD for the lower prices, for a long time I was considering Nvidia because of Shadowplay, Gsync and Physx.

Shadowplay looked appealing as recording game footage is a large part of what I do but it seems they don't have a complete outline of everything they want to add to the final product so i'm unsure as to weather it will meet my needs as a FRAPs replacement.
Gsync on the other hand looked great up until I saw the initial prices for both the Modification kits and the monitors and the realization that I'd have to replace three monitors.
Physx does look really neat just from the picture on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PhysX, but for the extra money probably isn't worth it

Freesync seems like it could be something that surprisingly works on a lot of old monitors (mine too I hope)

Thanks, took me a long while to research what I wanted and I'm still a little unsure if my CPU Cooler will clip the RAM fins on the heat spreader but we'll see. I'm marking your reply as the suggested answer as you were the only person to take the time to write something!
