1. Will the vengeance pro ram clear the Noctua NH-U14S on a Asus Z87-Plus or do I need to rethink that?
2. Is there anything we know of coming out between now and May the 1st that would massively drop the price of anything on the list (new processors above my price range but not at it for example)
3. Is there anything we know of coming out between now and May the 1st that would change anything on the list for the same price (new processor at the same price point as a 4770k for example)

I basically had to get a refund on a pre-build system recently because it was put together by a drunk intern it seems. So I watched a video from Asus ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUzdNcZeM-s ) on how to build a PC as I hadn't done it for years and nothing had really changed much so i decided to use my refund and to save a bit of money doing it myself.
Usage
I game at 5760x1080 (Eyefinity) when I'm not recording anything and the game allows it,
I game whilst recording (FRAPS) and Simultaneously Live Stream to Twitch TV (using Xsplit Free version and DXTORY) at 1920x1080
I render videos from my gaming to my youtube channel (Adobe Premiere Pro) using h.264
I'm planning to run battlefield 4 and whatever computer taxing game that comes next, as a Youtuber I'm always trying to stay infront of what I can run maxed out whilst recording and live steaming at 1080p up until I feel the price is unreasonable for the gain (which isn't a very helpful budget number I know sorry!)
I know some people use a second PC to live stream offloading resources and get a second PC with more ram in to render video and have their gaming PC with no more than 8gb of ram, but i basically can't afford to do that so I want to do it all from the same computer still.
Is there anything new that we know about that is going to shift the parts market drastically between now and May? even if it's just new things that are going to change price of the parts of listed by a lot, as you can see on the parts picker website link most of the parts that i've chosen are holding steady mostly but I really didn't want to buy if something really market changing is coming really soon but at the same time I didn't want to wait too long as I do need a PC to use.
About The Choices
I picked the Asus Z87-Plus because it seemed like the software overclocking in Asus Suite 3 is tailored to my skill in OC'ing, Click one button and pray I got lucky with my 4770k. Also seems like the Asus Z87-PRO with a few cost cutting measures, didn't need Wifi anyway.
I chose a small SSD because I've used a PC with a dedicated SSD for the OS but also a system with Intel Rapid Storage on a 2TB drive with a 60GB SSD Cache and I personally can't tell the difference without measuring the time and I habitually use the same programs over and over anyway so the smart sensing works for me.
