Hi,
Just built a desktop pc using the following:
Motherboard: Asus Z87-Pro
CPU: Intel i7 4-770K
RAM: Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) Vengance Pro Memory
PSU: OCZ ZS 750W
Graphics & Sound: On Board
HDD: WD Blue 1Tb

I built it last night & it powers up (you can hear the optical drive & hard drive powered too) however there's no BIOS beep and no power to the rear IO ports. When you switch on the power supply the lights flash on my keyboard for a second but when i turn on the PC it wont work. Also the motherboard Q-Code is 00.
I've tried unplugging it all and started again. Checked underneath the motherboard to see if any screwholder placements might be shorting it out but it's all lined up. Checked the RAM in different slots and one by one etc. I've run out of ideas and not sure what it could be. Purchased most parts online so dont really want the hassle of having to send anything back.
Please Help!
Thanks

have you checked the cpu and see if there are any bent pins?
usually bent pins are responsable for this kind of behavior and you didn't give us any information about it's state which leads me to think you should start your checking from there.
good luck and waiting for feedback!
