Need Help Asap

Okay I screwed up big time. My friend sent me a link saying it is a picture of a cyanide and happiness comic he really enjoyed. I opened the link and it downloaded an exe, my friend said to open the exe and I did and after freezing for a while it did nothing then EVERY single person on my facebook friends list got the same message from me so I know now this is a virus and I texted my friend about this and he had no idea and never sent me the message so the virus was originally from him. Now my CPU usage is constantly 100% on all four cores and can't play any games because of it and really need some help here. How do I fix this? Please help

You, sir will have to reinstall windows to complete remove this. Trying to remove it without a reinstall will be very difficult and may not even work

Test some online scanner , use your antivirus if you have some and for the next time first ask your friend and then click if you are not sure , or look in saint google btw a picture with exe extension ?

take out the hdd and take it to a other computer and scan it for viruses with a antivirus program.a good one like nod will do dont go with the free ones.

First, why are you trying to play games on an infected system instead of dropping everything and cleaning out the infection? A clean Windows setup is best, but you can also try an off-line CD rescue disk to boot from and run a full scan, Avira Antivir has a good one that I like to use. Once that is done, install and run Malwarebytes.
