Hello people, i'm here with a serious issue that happened to my ASUS laptop. Everything on my system was running perfectly fine, until one day last week when i regularly booted it off for the night and turned it on the following morning, that's when the problems initialy started. It started booting and exactly on the "Windows Starting" screen, where the colors flew around and merged, that's where it freezes for about 1-2 minutes, which i find really disturbing, it takes more than a minute for the colors to actually show and another 1-2 minutes, to get into the next phase of booting. That's not even the worst about it... When the computer boots, and everything loads up, the computer acts very slow, it's like my RAM or CPU is pretty weak, and it's not, i'm pretty sure, as i haven't had these problems, never. Everything i start to do is so slowed up, any action i take it takes double or more time to complete. Maximizing a window takes forever, it like comes up in slow-mo, aswell as minimizing and so on. Can i get clear assistance on how to solve this? I'm in no way an IT expert, but i'm sure most of my hardware is up to date.

Does the hard drive make any unusual sounds? Anything clicking, or it's constantly whirring away, anything outside of the norm?
