PC crashes randomly .Help!

My monitor turns off and pc restarts,when that happens pc is booting rly slow.I checked my ram with memtest86 5 times no erros updated all drivers,fixed registry files,fragmented drives and problem is still happening.Help!

My specs: amd athlon II 640
nvidia gtx 460
corsair 4gb ram 1333Hz
PSU:corsair cx 430W
MB:asrock 770 extreme 3
HDD:samsung 500 gb
It crashes randomly doesnt matter what I do im surfing internet or playing games

memtest doesn't work it

i was facing same error last weak problem i was playing facebook game that was reason. so it could be anything

there are few things you must check first
have installed driver or some software?
any hardware upgrade?

then install faulty software.

And sometimes just monitor turns off and then turns back on and i get in tray nvd error and I uninstalled old drivers and installed latest. I dont know how to run ubuntu.I rly need help
