Im getting 50k that's around 850 dollars , i don't mind Intel or amd build both are welcome ,and the point is i should get everything from scratch including the full hd monitor and other peripheral's

Well, you'll be skipping off on water cooling, twin monitors, a ssd , a hdd, a very high end gpu and 16gb of RAM of course....
That would cut the price to 50K
And the Configs there don't touch 100K, you need to read through and get the best out of that 50K which you have....
