BIOS Updating Question

I have an ASUS M5A99X mobo. I have downloaded the latest BIOS update but I am unsure how to install it. Instructions don't say thai I have to "unzip" it myself or let the install do it.
Since this is an operation that could ruin the mobo, I would like to know. ASUS doesn't seem to want to help. Thanks to any and all.

I had the same problem with the M5A97, I had the update but couldnt install it :(
but i found the solution!
first you download the bios update and you rename it to this:
M5A99.CAP
and you format a pendrive to FAT 32 or 16 and you shut down your pc and then you plug in the pendrive
you go to the BIOS settings and in the last tab there is an option called "EZ Flash" you select that option then you select your pendrive and then you are done!
