By the looks of the size of the heatsink, it will. But depending on your ram heatspreads size, the size will be a problem for the heatsink. What's your RAM?

I've been searching on the internet and the crucial ballistix tactical doesn't fit under this cpu cooler. However, if you choose to buy the low-profile version of the crucial ballistix tactical it will fit. the crucial ballistix sport does fit under it indeed.

Ahhh they're not? Because they don't have the large heatspreaders like corsair, and g-skill has. But if it'll fit, then you won't have a problem then.
