I am currently running the Sabertooth X58 with a I-7 950 and am able to upgrade but I am wondering am I going to get that much of a performance boost while gaming. Mainly shooter games and I'm thinking the Sabertooth 2011 socket. What would be the best $500 to $600 purchase i could make to "futureize" my system for games to come?
My wife needs a new computer so she will be getting the X58 set up.
.Any advise would be most helpful and I have the rest of my specs below.
Asus 770
24 gb Kingston Hyper-X tri channel 1600
too much I know
850 wt psu
Want to get a ssd but have a fast hhd
