Here's my rig:
Cooler-master Enforcer Case.
AMD FX 8120 8 Core Processor@3.1 GHz Processor
GA-990FXA-UD5 Motherboard
16 GB RAM
Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit
DX 11 Installed.
And a Radeon HD 7850 2 GB Graphics Card..

I'm looking to replace my rear mounted fan in the case with a water cooler to cool the new processor/graphics card I'll be getting. What water cooler should I use? No more than $100 unless it's really worth it. Looking for 50-100$ with best bang for buck. Also, please post a video of how to do it OR explain the process of installing one in my system so I can do it correctly please. My rig is so noisy and everything I HAVE to keep it cooled and quiet I'm going crazy.

Best bang for your buck would be to go with the Noctua air cooler. It's $70 but cools better than any of the all-in-one water coolers you can buy. It's also quieter than the water coolers lol

for a cpu your looking at a h100 AIO (all in one) water cooler just to see good temps.... I'm with HiTech on this one stay with a good air cooler. For a cpu & gpu you looking in the range of 300-500$ just to get started, well above your price range.

For a custom loop for a cpu and gpu your looking at ( these are just ballpark prices as I don't want to look them up) but ive build enough loops to know ballpark prices
waterblock for cpu 50-100$
waterblock for gpu 100-150$
radiator - going to need atleast a 360 minimum for the setup. around 100$
pump around 75$
reservoir 40 -60$ some up to 100$ if you want.
Tubing/fitting/clamps throw in another 50-60$
fans- if you go with a 360 rad your going to need 3 or 6, if you go with good fans its another 30-60$

as you can see a good loop setup will run you a good chunk of change to setup.

So it'd be better just to get that air cooler? I can afford $70 if it'll help cool it off and quiet it down. If I got a better processor would it quiet it down?

Also with my case would it be a good idea to buy that new fan for my rear mount and move the old one that's there now to the top mount?

Buying another fan wouldn't really help much if it's an exhaust fan with the heat, but will add to the noise level.

A new CPU wouldn't really help in temps. The 8320 or 8350 would be an upgrade, but I don't know if it's worth it to do it. The Noctua is quieter and better at cooling than an all in one, just stick with that one. Will allow you to overclock pretty well too :)

Should I get two of them? Because I want as many fans as possible ya know?
It's just KILLING me how loud my CPU is! Lol. It's not the fans making loud noises it's the CPU fan.

Yeah if you were looking around $100 you could get the Noctua cooler, I believe the model number is U12S, and another Noctua fan. Would be a great upgrade :)

But it is normal than for a CPU to be loud when gaming?

If you have the stock AMD cooler, yeah. Especially with the 8120, as it gets pretty hot. And the thermal paste they use isn't the highest of quality lol

I can replace the stock CPU cooler?! Please give me a link of the CPU cooler you'd suggest AND a video link of how to replace it please!!
