New build not starting up for more than 10 seconds please help.

i5 2500K there was previous OC settings on the bios when I purchased the motherboard since it came as part of an OC package.
GTX 560Ti
Samsung 840 250ssd
Samsung spinpoint 1tb
The H80i and the AX760i are new to my build, yet after installing everything (I assumed correctly) it will not power up for more than 10 seconds before just turning off and looping in that cycle.
Any suggestions to why? Or any thing I can check to make sure isn't a problem?
