I have a inspiron n5030 and the it freezes and sound stutters.

My laptop has been running fine until a few days ago.. Now all of the sudden my computer randomly freezes and i cannot move my mouse.. also when im watching videos the sound makes a weird noise like there is a power surge or something.. please help

That sounds like it's 95% a hardware issue, overheating, motherboard issue, maybe RAM.

First step is to check all the vents and fans, after that you can try different RAM as that is the easiest and cheapest.

There is a small chance the issue is with Windows, try a new setup of Windows (after backing up your files or on a new hard drive).

Past those steps you need to try a new motherboard, although in many cases it's cheaper to find a working laptop of the same model and just swapping the hard drive to it.
