my pc doesnt start

Well I have a problem about my pc . it doesn't start , I know is really old about 20 years but is there any option for it. when I start it there is only black screen and no windows logo or anything. I really want to know if there is solution for problem. help guys pls

is it worth to replace it
system specs: NVidia riva tnt 64 , 512mb of ram, AMD Duron CPU 1.0ghz, MSI MOBO
