Unable to install windows 7 in my pc

Unable to install os in my pc my hard disk is sata port. I tried to install os from another cpu by attaching my hard disk in another cpu its working but after putting back into my cpu its not working unable to boot there is no error message also its just rebooting I tried all possible ways but still unsble to sort it out. I tried installing in my pc through external dvd drive its not installing its still keep on rebooting..

unless they are exactly the same specs you cannot install the os on another computer and then put the hdd into yours.this is due to chipset and other driver conflicts.if you can boot to the boot menu (the method for this varies by manufacturer) select dvd as boot device,insert your install dvd and hit enter.this should take you to the install screen. if you cant get into the boot menu you can go into the bios and change the order of boot device from the hdd to the dvd.
