Hello friends, not long ago I made my own computer these are the specs

http://gyazo.com/9f55bbde1352c5886e2e400b0eb73b7d.png

Everything is working perfectly fine but whenever I want to play a game it lags

this is my monitor a Dell E151FP which supposedly should handle 75 HZ

Now whenever I try to play a game it lags for example League of legends the frame rate and ping are perfectly fine, yet I lag

with skyrim (legendary edition) it has a weird lag the game keeps running as if I had pressed a fast forward button yet the dialogue is not faster I run faster etc (including other characters)

test drive unlimited 2 lags like you'd press play pause, play pause, play pause like that

So I installed the latest driver for my graphics card (trough http://store.steampowered.com/hardware/amd)

Yet this didn't do the trick so I went to the same site and downloaded the program that looks for my graphics card to then install the correct drivers but the program couldn't find IT.

yet a program like speccy AND GPU-Z can find my graphics card

I am able to play any movie on youtube or vlc/windows media player without any problems

also my fans on my gpu work fine

I am at a loss on what to do now I hope anyone can help me!

i did a biosagentplus scan and it says i have to update my motherboard

http://biosagentplus.com/result/fc64b2b5263e18a300b4cfac11cb38dc#

perhaps this could be a solution but I find it hard to believe that such a thing is causing all these problems

according to biosagentplus which I also have to pay money to be able to update it. I have to update my bios
my cpu-z says I have version 1.50 dating 10/02/13

when I look up bios updates for my motherboard the newest version IS 1.50

ok nevermind on that update. try and run windows memory diagnostic to check for errors in the ram.
