How do I improve my Ping in BattleField 4 (keep getting kicked)

I have trouble playing bf4 because i get kicked when i join a server.
I live in Dubai and the best ping i get to a server is 118.
My ping is 120-180 to most servers that i play on but i get kicked because my ping kicks up to 150+ when I play then I get kicked.
I want to play a game without getting kicked and I lose a lot of close quarter gun fights because of my high ping , it's either i die or i win but i lose a lot of health so I can't use other kits except for assault.

hi SheltMango, first you need to determine and make sure the network connection to perform and manage required ping, you may test the network connection of yours on the site below, and Once tests are finished a unique url will be created with the results which you can then share with me to get your problem diagnosed instantly

There is little you can do to improve your ping except change servers or service providers. Buying new equipment and changing software settings is not going to lower your ping dramatically. If it were that simple, it would already have been done by manufacturers years ago. Your ping is a result of the round-trip time it's taking to get data back from the server you are playing on. Your best option is to choose servers that are closer to you, but your location may make that difficult. Perhaps start a local server of your own for the game?

Make sure any other applications aren't using internet (downloads). Usually there'll be 1 or 2 applications using up your internet in the tray on bottom right (press the up arrow) and close as many apps as you can.
