Need Help with DirectX11 Re-installation (Urgent)

Hello, I was clearing up some disk space today, and I must have mistakenly uninstalled DirectX 3D. It was next to an old NVIDIA driver group that is unused since i moved to AMD graphics. So my predicament is now that it is gone, I can't open any game without it prompting me, saying "Can't load DirectX3D9" or something along tose lines. I was wondering if this great community could help me out with finding the directx software for windows 7 64-bit SP1. Well I don't know what I did then, any game I tried playing said it couldn't load DirectX39 or something like that. I did research and the general consencus was to do a factory reset. So being the amateur I am, I did so and reinstalled windows. Now my problem is I have no drivers, and I need the internet to get the drivers. But I cant get onto the internet without a network driver so im SOL. And I'm using the Sapphire Vapor-X w/ Boost Radeon 7950 with the most recent catalyst drivers according to sys properties... Thank you f or your interest in my problem.
