OC'ing using Turbo V's auto tune on a asus P8Z77-V LK question

I wanted to ask why my turbo V 's auto tune section does not have a option for extreme?
it just has a start button but no options for extreme or standard?
I used the start and got a 4.2ghz OC from the stock 3.4ghz on my 3570K but i wanted to go for 4.6ghz?
others have the extreme option and have gotten a 3570K to get 4.6ghz easily???

I am new to this and have no clue to how to manually OC and from the vids and what i read it looks complicated.
thats why i wanted to use auto tune much easier overall. not looking for record breakin OC just want the 4.6ghz that the extreme option offers.
Others that have this MB have done it with no issues but my suite ii auto tune panel does not have this option???
the MB is older and was given to me by a friend so is the suite ii
i DL'd from the included disc outdated?
