Looking for something that is going to :
be able to overclock the 4770k @ 4.5ghz 24/7(btw will it reduce the lifespan of the i7?if yes for how much?)
fit with this ram: http://www.crucial.com/store/partspecs.aspx?IMODULE=BLS...
on a asus maximus vi hero
im looking at the noctua nh u14s .
thx

Yes, did should fit.
I personally would just grab the Noctua NH-D14 since it has just as good performance as liquid cooler and is much quieter. Liquid cooling is pretty noisy compare to air coolers and also at times has more issues.

Your link doesn't seem to work.
Also, OCing will not reduce the lifespan of your CPU if you do it correctly and you don't damage the CPU itself.
Something like Noctua NH-D14 will be good. Unless you want to grab liquid cooling ex. h100/h100i.

Nh u 14s should be ok, if you can be 100% sure it will fit get the Nh-d14. If you are really worried about it fitting get like a h100i from corsair. Haswell tends to be iffy when it comes to overclocking. ive read that some barely manage 4.2, others can goto 5Ghz, so its really a lottery whether your chip will do 4.5Ghz on these coolers without need excessive voltage and therefore more cooling. Of course as well there is always the option of a Custom loop, but thats a completely different ball game :0 Also, You posted this very recently, dont double post :p
